Each 45‑ to 60‑minute session targets strength, balance and pain‑free movement. During your time with us, you will:
Complete a dynamic warm‑up—tummy‑time, crawling lanes or obstacle courses—to activate core muscles.
Practise functional skills such as standing, walking, stair‑climbing and ball play using age‑appropriate equipment.
Learn a concise home‑exercise plan and positioning tips to keep gains steady between appointments.
